A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve a rabbit.

Rabbits will not be held without a deposit unless otherwise agreed upon.

Deposits may be transferred to another available rabbit at the discretion of Beach Bum Rabbitry but are not refundable.

Full payment is due before or at pickup. If using an approved transport it must be within 1 week of transport date.

Accepted payment methods include cash, Venmo, PayPal, and other approved methods.

Rabbits must be picked up within 7 days of the agreed-upon pickup date unless prior arrangements have been made.

If a rabbit is not picked up within this timeframe, boarding fees may apply. Boarding fees are $20 per week unless otherwise agreed upon

Rabbits not picked up and without communication may be considered abandoned, and the reservation may be forfeited without refund. here

Transport through a trusted and approved transport service may be available at the buyer’s expense. It is the buyer’s responsibility to secure transport with a third party, not the sellers.

Once a rabbit leaves my care, whether through pickup or transport, Beach Bum Rabbitry is no longer responsible for the rabbit’s condition.

All Rabbits are healthy to the best of my knowledge at the time they leave my rabbitry.

Rabbits are observed daily and will not leave if showing signs of illness.

Buyers are responsible for providing proper housing, nutrition, and veterinary care after purchase.

Due to factors outside of my control, no health guarantees are provided after a rabbit leaves my rabbitry.

Due to the nature of live animals, all sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges will be given once a rabbit has left my possession.

I will always try to take back a rabbit that came from me should you not be able to care for it anymore.

Beach Bum Rabbitry reserves the right to refuse any sale at any time for any reason if I believe the rabbit is not being placed in a suitable home.
